Manila Downunder

Howdee,
Last Friday saw us out of the usual club type atmosphere and on a couple of boats sailing around Sydney Harbour with some good food and the awesome Kami band.
Starting from the Star City wharf just after 6pm, the cruise went on until just after midnight, travelling up both ends of the harbour, under the Anzac Bridge (Blackwattle Bay??) and into Mosman Bay.
All are hopeful of a repeat adventure in the near future.

If you are a bit of a funzel like myself, you are probably slightly aroused by the above shot of the former Manly ferry Baragoola.
This historic ferry is facing a rather uncertain future with little chance of someone with money taking an interest. Recent reports have said it may now be sold to a scrap merchant as the cost of retaining it is to high.
The boat being restored behind is believed to be the one that prize tool Tim Elderton is involved in.
