~~ BOLLOCKING AROUND SYDNEY ~~

With little else to do with ones life nowdays, well apart from 3 hours of society work per day, I am able to once again go out around Sydney, in search of things to photograph and perhaps meet a new Philo or ten.
The photos below are just a random selection of stuff captured over the last two weeks. No particular theme, though my fetish for things rail and air does predominate.
Hopw you enjoy, at least a little, this wander down a path well away from the usual stuff that seems to fill this site nowdays, looking back to a way of life that once existed before the crediblitiy liars took control of reality.

Man was I wishing I was on this plane - despite threats of my being murdered the next time I do. Have been trying for some time to get some 'Philippine Airline' shots and this one flying over the railway could not have been more perfect.
The aircraft number is RP C3333.

GL102 shunts the port area at Botany.
Fugly looking locomotives really.

Far better looking locomotives, the second always guarantee to bring on a throsby that not even multiple doses of Viagra could equal.
GOD I MISS DAYS SPENT LINESIDE! Photographing trains, talking toilet humour, munching on ones staple diet of maggot bags and soda. It hasn't been something I have been able to partake in much in recent times, but it is something I really need to make more time for.
Still, the old days of barkada, Tanduay and hornbags used to be far more enjoyable.

My mate Ted from America was recently out here for a stint of work.
Sadly our being able to catch up is an all to infrequent occurance :-(

Hmmmmm yum - I love my Boeing 747s and have long attempted to get a shot of this little, well big, buggar. Shame the sun angle was a bit of the dogs bollocks.
Not sure what her coding is can any aircraft gunzel help?

Ahhhh yes, the real reason we were at Marrickville.
His Lordship 'The Colonel' departs Cooks River with a train bound for Newcastle. He however is totally RS and will be relieved, ahhmmmm, by another crew, hmmm still sounds rude, at Enfield.
Colonel is certainly looking foward to his much anticipated, relieving.
He is the person to the left of 442s3.

Belfield pussy!

Hands of groins - its just a couple of 49s at Belfield.
Nothing to get worked up about - its a daily occurance.

FERLIE PHOTOS REMOVED!

Donation box at the second last party I managed to attend.
We did reasonably well on the day, with some financial donations, biscuit bits, two bts of cardboard and a slither of bacon collected.
:-)
