~~ G-SPOT FESTIVE FROLICS (Pt1) ~~

Kumusta one and all.

Its the moment you have been waiting for, all the coverage of the
barkada's Christmas and New Years period.

Fun - Fun - Fun would probably be the best way to describe it. Parties were held in numerous locations over the two weeks period and much food and quality Filipino beverages were consumed.
It was arguably the best festive season yet, probably due tothe absense of rumours, gossip and lies once purveyed by the aswang.

Hope you enjoy this little perverted look into our celebrations. Parts 2 and 3 will follow during the week.

Colonel makes an exciting discovery!

Our daughter Princess Ferlie, son Rommel and friends MrX and Cassandra join us for a nice evening dinner.

This year we had a two day party at the G-Spot karaoke bar.
As always, advertising greated all guests.

Oops, crap this is out of order.
Our extended family went for a chinese dinner in Kingsford either before or after the two day party.

Gina gives Ferlie a good whipping with a ahhmmmmm specialised adult toy!

Hmmmm closer examination of previously mentioned adult toy.

Honey shoulders the responsibility for the often mentioned adult toy - her expression pretty much says it all.

Casey was a naughty girl suitable punishment was thus delt out.

Colonel lives up to his popular nickname and beloved reputation!
Onya Colonel - You never let us down!

~~~ BON-VOYAGE BERNIE ~~~
Every now and then a member of our barkada is lucky enough to make the journey over to the Philippines. This month it was the turn of one of our newest members, Bernie.
In good ol G-Spot Barkada tradition a party was had for the departing member - this time being Hawaiian in theme. While many of the G-Spot Pinays usually look pretty dang awesome, they were excelling themselves on this night.
Join us for a look at 'Bernie's Bon-Voyage Party'.
Bernie - The traveller himself soon after arriving for the party.
Gina treats all to a display of traditional Hawaiian dancing!
Sometimes you meet someone new and quite interesting at parties.
This lady certainly had some interesting tales to tell about those people who are not plastic, remain 100% true to themselves and have credibility.
Thankfully she found a cure from 'Eastlakes Aswang Syndrome'.
Ahhhhhh Hawai - Ya gotta love it.
Always time to worship the barkada's favourite band - The Kamis.
Rajin - Fully into the Hawaiian theme.
Cynthia's Hawiian 13th Birthday
Last Saturday, the 22nd of November, the G-Spot Barkada were invited to attend the birthday party of Grandma's grand-daughter Cynthia over at Randwick. The theme, as is likely obvious from the photos, was Hawaiian and our group wasn't about to let them down :-) Thanks to everyone for a great day! Below are a selection of photographs taken on the big day.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY CYNTHIA!
A cake fight is almost a tradition at any party the G-Spotters go to, however we plead innocent to starting this little messy round.
Jasmin even cops her share of the cake!
A foursome in an exclusive hotel - sort of everyones fantasy really :-)
Honey is busy admiring, well Honey!
Opps - someone pulled out a photo of Racquel!
Put it away - PUT IT AWAY!!!!!
Back on the balcony, Gina and Ron enjoy the view of the passing smog producers.
The balcony was obviously popular, now Ferlie, Brad and Honey are out there.
FRIENDSHIP
What is the true meaning of friendship?
Like death and taxes, one sure thing in life is that friends come by regularly and sometimes they even go (occasionally doing so in a huge tirade of
backstabbing and betrayal) away again.
While you don't wish to see them go, things march on and soon you move on to those other people who are far more important in your life and far more deserving of your friendship. Those other people soon become part of your past - their contribution adding to the person you are and leave you with lessons learn't.
However occasionally, VERY occasionally, a friend comes along who is different. Someone who you know genuinely cares and helps you look well past the bad in life and learn just to ignore it and have fun.
These friends, of which I luckily have a couple, are those you can't imagine life without, those who stick by you in good and bad (not just their bad) and those who endure my demented sense of humour. :-)
One of these rare people is seen here sipping on a wine and enjoying the late afternoon Sydney sun while overlooking Randwick Racecourse.
Maraming Salamat Po Gina
This is an interesting Philo tradition called the pinata, where something, like the doll below, is stuffed full of goodies and kids take turns to be blindfolded, given a stick of some sort and allowed to beat the absolute poop out of it.
The kids kept refering to the hung doll as Lisa, which for our barkada is strangely appropriate, although I suppose they were refering to a school friend rather
than any gossiping skanks.
Cake cutting time!
Cynthia at cake cutting time.
Some of the many attendees watch on from behind!
Enday and Gina enjoy the afternoon sun near the pool!
All that wine has done wonders for Gina's height, we are all surprised by how tall she has become in recent weeks.
Last but not least.
We find the photographer photographed!
My little sister Honey is become an avid photographer like myself.
A Festive Party Trial!
Well, actually it was mean't just to be a chance to introduce my friend Paul and his Naga fiancee Mitzy to my wife and a couple of friends. However, like all small gatherings, it quickly gained momentum and turned into somewhat of a full blown party.
Being the start of November, and given most retailers have been trying to gouge us for Xmas money since July, it is not surprising that a Xmas type theme was to sneak in. Not to worry though - I have never met a Pinay that didn't look
CUTE AS in a Xmas hat. Well perhaps that Ludy, not even 20 litres of Vodka could work that miracle.
Despite initial concerns that Mitzy may not take to well to our special brand of humour, I am happy to report she fitted in fine and we look forward to seeing her and Paul at many occasions in the future. Given Paul is a railfan, opportunity may indeed be taken to drop bulk litres of foam lineside sometime in the future.
Now go grab the closest bottle of alcohol, sit back and enjoy the following saucy selection of party pics. Sadly promises since made mean that some of the more, shall we say, INTERESTING, shots are not allowed to be put up :-)
The guests of honour!
Paul and Mitzy come to terms with our unusual barkada :-)
My wives #1 and #3 during a tissue required moment together. :-)
Lordy - Another tissue moment.
The forever beautiful ladies enjoying their karaoke.
Everyones favourite cowgirl Gina takes a break for the heavy party schedule.
Paul does his best immitation of a hornbag from Oakey Pub!
Theres a reason they call her Honey - How sweet.
What the bottle Mariiiiiiiii - oh dear. Can someone call a doctor.
Maria's little bottle accident entices Gina to see if it was as painful
as she made out!
Ferlie shows us her pole dancing techniques!
How irresistible is our own version of Tina Turner???
Winner of nights best smile!
Heaven!
Santa's busy little elves prepare themselves for a night in front of my camera :-)
Southern Courier 90th Birthday
HAPPY BIRTHDAY
Last Sunday the Southern Courier local newspaper put on a party for their 90th birthday.
The prospect of free food and entertainment always gets the attention of our barkada and so it was that I joined Gina and all our hordes of kids down at Maroubra Beach, early enough to get a half decent carpark.
Despite being there 90 minutes prior to the actual event, parking was at a premium. Thankfully we found some space on a grassy area where other fed up motorists had taken to parking.
It was a true wonder that the Randwick Council parking Nazis were not out in force raising revenues by thousands of dollars. One is certain Botany Council's money scrounging Mayor would not have missed such a great opportunity.
An hour was spent on the beach while the kids swam and Stephanie Rice received much media coverage over a recent donation to the surf life saving club there.
Despite numerous attempts, we never got an answer from dear ol Analiza regarding her expected time of arrival there. We had gone by 8pm, so hopefully she didn't show after that :-)
A quick look at the events they had on offer lead to a cameo appearance by our beloved little Anabelle. Although we didn't get to spend time with her, Mr Perfect would never allow that (we tend to poison minds with truth), it was great to see her out and about enjoying the function with her kids.
Twas then we headed back to the surf life saving club to have some lunch and then met up with Enday and Honey (along with their endlessly gossiping mate Lisa). Two hours or so after that and both Gina and myself are also joined by our respective asawas for the rest of the afternoon.
Anyway I am due to go to work, so please enjoy the following shots from the day.
Someone had been naughty. Either that or someones boyfriend was keeping an eye on us :-)
Gina's hat enjoyed the band so much it threw itself at the stage.
The gang!
The forever beautiful little Honey.
Even the other attending hornbags were having fun.
Dancing to a band other than the Kamis. Streeeewth!
